Website Privacy Policy.

Last Updated October 2026

1. Introduction

Hotel Resolution Partners, LLC ("Hotel Resolution Partners," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through this website, hotelresolutionpartners.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we receive in the course of providing advisory services to clients under a signed engagement letter or nondisclosure agreement. That information is governed by the confidentiality terms of those agreements.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you complete a contact form, request a call, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we may collect your name, title, organization, email address, telephone number, the general nature of the hotel or loan situation you describe, and any other information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect this information.

Please do not submit confidential or privileged material through the Site. Do not send loan documents, borrower financial statements, appraisals, credit memoranda, privileged communications, or other confidential information through our contact form or by unsecured email before we have a signed nondisclosure agreement or engagement letter in place. See Section 4 below and Section 5 of our Terms of Use.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information

  • Schedule calls and communicate about our services

  • Evaluate whether we are able to assist and whether a conflict of interest exists

  • Improve and maintain the Site and understand how visitors use it

  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use information submitted through the Site to provide advisory services unless and until you become a client under a signed engagement letter.

4. Confidentiality of Inquiries

We treat inquiries submitted through the Site as business confidential and do not publish, sell, or share them except as described in Section 7.

However, submitting information through the Site does not create an advisory or consulting relationship, does not make that information privileged, and does not by itself prevent us from accepting an engagement from another party, including a party whose interests are adverse to yours. We may already represent, or may later be engaged by, a lender, servicer, owner, sponsor or other party involved in the same hotel or loan.

For that reason, please limit your initial message to a general description of the situation. We will arrange a secure exchange and, where appropriate, a nondisclosure agreement before you send anything confidential.

5. Email and Text Communications

If you subscribe to updates or otherwise opt in to receive marketing email from us, we will send commercial email in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email will include a clear way to unsubscribe and our physical business address. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing email will not affect transactional or service-related communications if you are a client.

If you provide a telephone number, you consent to our contacting you at that number about your inquiry.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies and third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors interact with the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions. We do not use the Site for targeted advertising or sell personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site or our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship management, and document exchange providers, who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us

  • Professional advisors, such as our counsel, accountants and insurers

  • Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to establish or protect our legal rights

  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Unencrypted email is not a secure channel.

9. Data Retention

We retain information collected through the Site for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, run conflict checks, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to appeal a denial of such a request. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 14. We will verify your request before responding.

Residents of Indiana, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is directed to business and professional audiences. It is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
